budds is a community app for clips, notes, map events, and private messages among people you add as budds. We may change or discontinue features. The service is provided as-is.
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
You are responsible for your password and for what you post. Do not impersonate others. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines.
You keep the rights to content you post. You grant budds a license to host, display, and distribute that content so the product can work (including backups and moderation). Do not post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, malware, or material that violates others’ rights.
Public communities are visible to signed-in members of budds. Private communities are visible only to accepted members. Map events may include a place name and coordinates you choose. Do not share another person’s precise location without their consent.
To the extent allowed by law, budds is not liable for user-generated content, lost data, or indirect damages. Brazilian consumers keep mandatory rights under the CDC.
